Piano Tuning

Your piano provides year after year of pleasure, receiving only minimal service or sometimes, none at all. No other machine in the home is expected to provide this kind of service, of lasting pleasure and durability. Yet, many of its component materials are organic and mineral in nature, and after decades it is not unnatural for screws to work their way loose, for dust to accumulate, and, yes, for the strings to careen out of pitch so that it needs tuning. Yet tuning alone can never restore the geometry of the action.

Broadmoore Piano Company employs techniques honed over three decades in business, while restoring every conceivable type of piano, including “endangered” instruments – self-playing, perforated-paper-roll-operated marvels of the past that will never again be built. In the course of our labors, we have also perfected the techniques that bring any piano (whether within a player-piano or not) to life. A piano cannot sound better than the case in which it resides, and upon which it acts. For this reason, we have mastered the mechanical and musical restoration of upright and grand pianos, to their superb original condition.

If your piano seems to be performing below par, we are the specialists that can ferret out - and correct - the specific cause, restoring this divine instrument to the heavenly labors for which it was created.
